Victor N. Tereschenko

Mr. Tereschenko joined the Stinemetz Law Firm PLLC in November 2010. His practice focuses on assisting the Firm in a variety of transactional matters. His broad background encompasses both litigation and transactional practice. Prior to joining The Stinemetz Law Firm PLLC, Mr. Tereschenko practiced litigation in Houston where he defended local and national businesses as part of a successful defense firm. He has participated in each step of the litigation process with active roles in both jury trials and appeals. In addition to his litigation interest and experience, Mr. Tereschenko has a strong interest in the business side of legal practice and shifted his focus to practice exclusively on business transaction and commercial litigation beginning in 2009. Since then, he has represented individuals and business as a solo practitioner and as an Of Counsel member to other firms.

Representation as trial counsel primarily for corporate clients, handling various stages of case development in over 200 cases, including general torts (trespass to utilities, products liability, premises liability) and commercial claims (breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty).
Success in trial in winning jury verdict, multiple appeals won, and over 20 successful summary judgment motions granted on merits.
Establishment and sole oversight of practice devoted to businesses in the Houston, Texas area, providing services from basics of entity formation, corporate governance and consulting to commercial lending, legal opinion issuance, and employment matters; additionally, provided lead representation and support on commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Tereschenko will act as an Of Counsel to the Firm.
