Ms. Casey is admitted to practice in the state of Texas and before the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Casey is also admitted as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Ms. Casey is a trial attorney with more than twenty-five years experience in international and domestic disputes. Ms. Casey’s work includes supervision, organization, compilation and review of large volumes of documents for national and international companies, for relevance, responsiveness and privilege in numerous governmental investigations and litigation matters, including coordination of teams of in-house counsel and numerous outside law firms. Responsibilities included:

Lead attorney in defense of national company in multimillion dollar litigation arising from the client’s systems, protocols and maintenance of database of millions of consumer records nationwide.
