L. Todd Gremillion

Professional Experience:

L. Todd Gremillion is an international energy attorney with more than 35 years of experience serving clients in the international and U.S. energy sector. Mr. Gremillion has a broad range of experience in energy matters including energy company and asset mergers and acquisitions, upstream oil and gas exploration, transportation and distribution of hydrocarbons and liquefied natural gas projects. He has been intensively involved for much of his career with the energy business in Russia and the area of the Former Soviet Union. Mr. Gremillion was a member of the board of Directors of PetroAlliance Services Company Limited, Russia's largest independent oil and gas service company.

Mr. Gremillion has been selected by Chambers Global as one of the world's leading energy lawyers and has also been selected in a peer review process as a leading energy lawyer in "The Best Lawyers in America."

Mr. Gremillion received his law degree in 1972 from Louisiana State University Law School where he was selected to be a member of the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi, academic fraternity.

Mr. Gremillion will act as an Of Counsel to the Firm.
